Using this checklist will help you determine if you are having hearing problems. These questions relate to listening situations in your everyday life even for those that suffer from even the slightest hearing loss. This checklist will give you a good indication of whether you may suffer from hearing loss.

Take your time answering each question honestly; even consider filling it out with a friend or family member that may have helped identify an issue.
